Returns policy

We aim to deliver beautiful products to b-stoked customers.

We understand the difficulties of not trying on the garments prior to buying so we offer a full refund or store credit if we receive it back within 10 business days of receipt. When selecting a b-stocked item, please choose carefully. 

A refund will be provided as long as the item is in its original condition.

The store credit is valid for 12 months from the date of issue and can be used as payment towards any purchase with us.

Please note b-stoked does not cover postage costs for returns. We cannot take responsibility for any returned items that do not reach us.

Proof of postage is not sufficient to secure your refund - we require the physical item.

Our returns time frame is 10 business days from when you have received your item. Returns must be in unworn condition.

Please note, this is for New Zealand and Australian orders only, we cannot provide returns or refunds for international orders. However, if there is a fault with you item, please contact us and we will discuss the options.
