Shipping – New Zealand

We deliver to all New Zealand addresses. Your will receive an email to advise when your order is on its way. Delivery is normally 3-5 working days.

Shipping – International

Our international shipping charge covers packaging, freight and insurance, it does not cover any customs duty tax which may be charged by the destination country.

As customs policies vary widely from country to country we have no control over these charges (if any) and cannot predict what they may be for your country. We suggest that you check whether customs duty tax will apply to your order with your local customs agents prior to ordering.

Unfortunately, we cannot credit any goods returned to us due to unpaid duties.

We use New Zealand Post. Deliveries to Australia take up to 5-7 working days, all other countries take up to 2 weeks
